Arrow has been trained and is permitted to re-create this from Saturday 1300,
(1:00 PM) until 1700 (5:00 PM) each Memorial Day weekend at Floral Haven
Cemetary in front of a full scale replica of the Tomb and is the ONLY such
unit allowed to do so. I could detect NO deviation this year. Bob

why? Answer: 21 seconds for the same reason as answer number one.
3. Why are his gloves wet? Answer: His gloves are moistened to prevent his
losing his grip on the rifle.
4. Does he carry his rifle on the same shoulder all the time and if not, why not?
Answer: He carries the rifle on the shoulder away from the tomb. After his march
across the path, he executes an about face and moves the rifle to the outside shoulder.
5. How often are the guards changed? Answer: Guards are changed every
thirty minutes, twenty-four hours a day, 365 days a year.
6. What are the physical traits of the guard limited to? Answer: For a person
to apply for guard duty at the tomb, he (or she now) must be between 5' 10' and 6' 2'
tall and his/her waist size cannot exceed 30.
They must commit 2 years of life to guard the tomb, live in a barracks under the tomb,
and cannot smoke or drink any alcohol on or off duty for the rest of their lives. They
cannot swear in public for the rest of their lives and cannot disgrace the uniform or the
tomb in any way.
After two years, the guard is given a wreath pin that is worn on their lapel signifying
they served as guard of the tomb. There are only 400 presently worn. The guard must
obey these rules for the rest of their lives or give up the wreath pin.
The shoes are specially made with very thick soles to keep the heat and cold from
their feet. There are metal heel plates that extend to the top of the shoe in order to
make the loud click as they come to a halt.
There are no wrinkles, folds or lint on the uniform. Guards dress for duty in front of
a full-length mirror.
The first six months of duty a guard cannot talk to anyone nor watch TV. All off
duty time is spent studying the 175 notable people laid to rest in Arlington National
Cemetery . A guard must memorize who they are and where they are interred.
Among the notables are:
President Taft,
Joe Lewis {the boxer}
Medal of Honor winner Audie L. Murphy, the most
decorated soldier of WWII and of Hollywood fame.
Every guard spends five hours a day getting his uniforms ready for guard duty..

In 2003 as Hurricane Isabelle was approaching Washington, DC, our US Senate/
House took 2 days off with anticipation of the storm. On the ABC evening news, it was
reported that because of the dangers from the hurricane, the military members assigned
the duty of guarding the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier were given permission to
suspend the assignment. They respectfully declined the offer, "No way, Sir!" Soaked
to the skin, marching in the pelting rain of a tropical storm, they said that guarding the
Tomb was not just an assignment, it was the highest honor that can be afforded to a
service person. The tomb has been patrolled continuously, 24/7, since 1930.
God Bless and keep them.

candidates calling for policies to "fix" the so-called injustices of capitalism. I put my phone
down and continue to look around. I see people talking freely, working on their MacBook's,
ordering food they get in an instant, seeing cars go by outside, and it dawned on me. We live
in the most privileged time in the most prosperous nation and we've become completely blind to
it. Vehicles, food, technology, freedom to associate with whom we choose. These things are so
ingrained in our American way of life we don't give them a second thought. We are so well off
here in the United States that our poverty line begins 31 times above the global average.
Thirty. One. Times. Virtually no one in the United States is considered poor by global
standards. Yet, in a time where we can order a product off Amazon with one click and have it
at our doorstep the next day, we are unappreciative, unsatisfied, and ungrateful.
Our unappreciation is evident as the popularity of socialist policies among my
generation continues to grow. Democratic Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez recently said
to Newsweek talking about the millennial generation, "An entire generation, which is now
becoming one of the largest electorates in America, came of age and never saw American
prosperity."
Never saw American prosperity! Let that sink in. When I first read that statement, I
thought to myself, that was quite literally the most entitled and factually illiterate thing I'
ve ever heard in my 26 years on this earth. Many young people agree with her, which is entirely
misguided. My generation is being indoctrinated by a mainstream narrative to actually believe
we have never seen prosperity. I know this first hand. I went to college, let's just say I

Why then, with all of the overwhelming evidence around us, evidence that I can even see

get into our country, people around the world destitute and truly impoverished. Yet, we have a

In July information surfaced, surprisingly in a daily publication, with a headline
that read: "Mexico uncovers massive migrant smuggling ring". No reporter credit was
given and the story was dated "Mexico City (AP). The story began: "Mexican officials
have uncovered an industrial-scale migrant smuggling ring using tractor-trailer rigs
disguised as freight carriers for major companies". It stated that President Obrador
said a tractor-trailer rig was found with the logo of Soriana, a major grocery store
chain with 150 people inside instead of groceries. The company later stated that the
truck found in Veracruz State "does not belong in our delivery fleet, nor is it owned
by the Soriana Organization". President Obrador, it stated, said that "the company
has filed a complaint, because it was fake, it was camouflaged to transport migrants"
Further, the story stated that " In June, Mexico detected five freight trucks
carrying 925 migrants, almost all from Central America". "Some of those trucks bore
the logos of well-known firms, but it was not clear whether those trucks were fakes or
had been used illegally by drivers without the companies' knowledge". The Foreign
Relations Secretary said that "four of five of the June trucks belonged to the same
independent trucking company and had air conditioning units, "but they weren't turned
on when carrying migrants".
The above should certainly cause alarm in any thinking person since the fact of
more than 100 individuals in one of those, probably well insulated and sealed, trailers
would raise the specter of numerous suffocation deaths. Such a case was publicized
in the US earlier, memory says in Texas, where in one trailer there were several deaths,
including children, from both the stifling heat and stale, oxygen depleted air!! It seems
that there have been a few such incidents reported on roads in Oklahoma where the
trucks were headed to destinations in Arkansas to work in factories, including chicken
packing plants.
Note that in the above situations the term 'migrants' was used instead of the
usual 'immigrants' or 'refugees from poverty, war, or religious persecution. The misuse
of words to confuse and/or mislead those not prone the think for themselves is very
common with the followers and leaders of movements towards dictatorships under
whatever name. 'Migrants' in the proper term is people who move from one place to
another to not stay, but go work, such as harvest crops, and then return home or move
on to the next place where there is, or they think there is, work to be obtained.
'Immigrants' in proper usage means that the people intend to give up their old homes
and society manners and totally adopt and adapt to those of the new land and Nation.
Thus they don't expect to be a drag on the society, but to be productive and thereby
benefit from the opportunities found there. Thus was the situation in the earlier days
of our Nation before the advent of 'non-citizen voting'. 'Refugee' is the term that
should be used for those who are actually fleeing from brutal governments, wars,
religious persecution, or utter poverty for a better chance in life.
It seems to me that in recent incidents of "mass" shootings the immediate screams
for 'action' come from those of the C/F/S movement to demand the disarming of
America, excuse me the USA. Again the misuse of the language. In my opinion, far too
many use the word 'America' to imply 'USA'. Factually, all who make their home in
any part of the continental mass called "America", whether North, Central, or South are
"Americans". Thus those in Mexico, Canada, Brazil or any of the other nations here are
truly "Americans" and we in the USA do them a mis-service by laying claim to the word
as only us!!
Meanwhile, back to the original subject. It seems that if the, call it "trailer
stuffing" with people, including men, women, and children, should bring the stiffest
penalty possible as it truly endangers lives. It hasn't been made clear just who is the
money behind such conduct, but possible subjects could begin with billionaire George
Soros who, it has been reported, is money behind many of these actions meant to
bring down the "Representative Republic" known as the USA. Why he, and others
like him, have not been brought to account for their nefarious conduct is unclear to me.

penalty possible as it truly endangers lives. It hasn't been made clear just who is the
money behind such conduct, but possible subjects could begin with billionaire George
Soros who, it has been reported, is money behind many of these actions meant to
bring down the "Representative Republic" known as the USA. Why he, and others
like him, have not been brought to account for their nefarious conduct is unclear to me.
For that matter, we would all be far better off if there were to be a stiffening of our
policing actions, but in some cases that would require a change in politicians,
especially at the City, County, and State level in some jurisdictions such as largest

VIEW: 19-35: Still Problems With Courts

STILL PROBLEMS WITH COURTS Week of 2019/09/02
It seems, as it has since the Administration of PRESJC-39 (James Earl
Carter-D, GA, Gov.) was permitted by congressional action to nominate to the
Federal District Courts more than twice the number of judges that had been
serving prior to his being in office. Somewhere in his early days in office a cry
rose that the Federal District Judges were 'swamped with cases' and overworked.
The total Democrat majority in Congress obediently and promptly passed
legislation to double the number of seats. Thus he was able to nominate a number
equivalent to the total number of judges before, PLUS whatever number of seats
were, or became, vacant, and in lock-step the Senate Democrat majority did not
refuse even one.
While not every one by name and background was made known to me
those that were, were of the "ignore the Constitution and rule according to
personal bias" attitude, history has indicated that all were. That was the
beginning of the serious problems stemming from the decisions being handed
down. Since the District Appellate Courts were included in the increase, the
misguided decisions were upheld when appealed to them. Those of us of adult
age during that election of 1976 well remember the weak campaign waged by
PRESGF-38, R, who as Vice-President had served out the remaining term of
PRESRN-37 who resigned because of a massive attack on him by Democrats
and media over a 'break-in' to one of their offices.
A recent example of such a "judicial bias" ruling appeared in the daily
paper here on July 25. The headline read "Judge blocks Trump asylum
restrictions". Reporting credit was given to "Amy Taxin and Ashraf Khalil of
the Associated Press". It stated that a ruling by "U. S. District Judge Jon Tiger
in San Francisco (Thank you for that information) came down hours after
another federal judge in Washington, D. C. let the 9-day-old policy stand". Four
paragraphs further down in the story it was reported that "Tiger, who was
appointed by former President Barack Obama, halted another Trump policy last
year to deny asylum to people who crossed the border illegally". It seems to me
that Judge Tiger is a prime example of 'legislating from the Bench'. This, in my
opinion, should call for immediate Congressional investigation toward impeach-
ment!! So, members in control of the House are showing their own bias by
ignoring the judges' decision and taking no action, to the detriment of our
Nation and it's population.
Since that time there have been far too many decisions, with the effect of
establishing law, handed down and accepted by the appellate courts, and in some
cases the Supreme Court, that to thinking and knowledgeable citizens went
contrary to the "law of the land" established by the Constitution. These have
twisted the meaning of the term "Constitutional" and had adverse effect on our
GOD given freedoms and rights. Even Madam Justice Ginsberg has been
reported by media to have stated, in a speech to an international meeting, that
she more often uses "International Law rather than the Constitution" in arriving at
decisions.
In normal and proper actions such decisions would have caused "Impeach-
ment" charges to have been brought to such offending jurists, and it is the
Constitutional duty of Congress to do so. But it has not happened because of the
almost continual Democrat majority there, especially in the House. Since it takes
a 2/3 majority in the Senate to rule an impeachment accomplished the votes have
not been gathered in the House..
Happily, PRESDT-45 has been able to have two more logical judges
appointed to the Supreme Court and a reported 197 to vacancies in District and
Appellate Federal Courts. Individuals who harbor strong bias, particularly on the
C/F/S side, tend to not take retirement but to stay so long as they can.
Remember; Federal judges at any level have an appointment for LIFE, if they
choose to remain. Also, the Constitution establishes the Supreme Court and
allows Congress to establish lower courts, which it has done. It is considered
possible that Madam Justice Ginsberg will choose retirement soon probably, in my
opinion, after the 2020 election, in case a Democrat wins. In that case we all will
be in deep danger and trouble, except of course those who would become the
rulers. Think about that!!!

VIEW: 19-34: A Most Critical Time

Actually it has long been accepted that ANY nation-state has the right to accept
or reject ANY person or persons for whatever reasons it might have. Would that the
USA would return to that principle for our own borders!!. Hopefully the current
administration will maintain the course and step up the effort to protect our own borders
and individual safety and security. It seems to me that the nation of Israel has that right
as well and should enforce it for it's own protection from those who vehemently hate it
and seek it's demise. The same could be said for us, since there are plenty already here
who are actively seeking to destroy, internally, the REPRESENTATIVE REPUBLIC
given us at great personal cost in the late 1700s by the GOD inspired founders.
Note the title "Representative Republic" rather than the term "Democracy" used
by most, if not all, of those seeking the changes named. A study of these documents
makes it clear that the USA was never intended to be a "democracy", and in fact such
was completely rejected. Unfortunately for us, there already have been too many
amendments to the Constitution that serve to dilute the "GOD given rights declared to
be protected here. The Declaration expressly states that rights are given by GOD and
are to be protected by the Government, not the other way around. In fact, the
Government of the USA is the FIRST and ONLY such government in the history of
the World.
It is now up to us to keep it that way by voting out of Congress next year, and in
the future, those misguided individuals acting as a 'fifth column' to bring an end to its

the statement to the effect that 'they were going to put all of us out of business'. Sound
familiar, like the head of the last administration to the Coal industry, "You will be closed
down". He was asked; "then how will you feed, cloth, heat, cool, and transport the
population. He went on to the effect that he was a member of a World wide
organization determined to de-populate the World.
We were all somewhat stunned. My question was to the effect of 'well what if
the vast majority of the population did not agree and resisted'. His reply was; 'we will

makes it clear that the USA was never intended to be a "democracy", and in fact such

companies, hospitals, manufacturers, fast food restaurant chains, large retail businesses,
bankers, and anyone producing anything of value in our nation. This is the natural
consequence of viewing everything through the eyes of lawyers.
Lawyers solve problems by successfully representing their clients, in this case the
American people. Lawyers seek to have new laws passed, they seek to win lawsuits,
they press appellate courts to overturn precedent, and lawyers always parse language
to favor their side. Confined to the narrow practice of law, that is fine. But it is an awful
way to govern a great nation.
When politicians, as lawyers, begin to view some Americans as clients and other
Americans as opposing parties, then the role of the legal system in our life becomes all-
consuming. Some Americans become adverse parties of our very government. We are
not all litigants in some vast social class-action suit. We are citizens of a republic that
promises us a great deal of freedom from laws, from courts, and from lawyers.
Today, we are drowning in laws; we are contorted by judicial decisions; we are
driven to distraction by omnipresent lawyers in all parts of our once private lives.
America has a place for laws and lawyers, but that place is modest and reasonable,
not vast and unchecked. When the most important decision for our next president is
whom he will appoint to the Supreme Court, the role of lawyers and the law in America
is too big. When House Democrats sue America in order to hamstring our efforts to
learn what our enemies are planning to do to us, then the role of litigation in America has
become crushing.
Perhaps Americans will understand that change cannot be brought to our nation by
those lawyers who already largely dictate American society and business. Perhaps
Americans will see that hope does not come from the mouths of lawyers but from personal
dreams nourished by hard work. Perhaps Americans will embrace the truth that more
lawyers with more power will only make our problems worse.
The United States has 5% of the world's population and 66% of the world's lawyers!
Tort (Legal) reform legislation has been introduced in congress several times in the last
several years to limit punitive damages in ridiculous lawsuits such as spilling hot coffee on
yourself and suing the establishment that sold it to you and also to limit punitive damages
in huge medical malpractice lawsuits. This legislation has continually been blocked from
even being voted on by the Democrat Party.
When you see that 97% of the political contributions from the American Trial Lawyers
Association go to the Democrat Party , then you realize who is responsible for our medical
and product costs being so high .

VIEW: 19-33: More Falseness From C/F/S Followers

MORE FALSENESS FROM C/F/S FOLLOWERS Week of 2019/08/19
To the credit of the government and Chief of Police in the recent Ohio shooting
almost, if not all, law enforcement in the area had been activated and they had the
perpetrator put out of action in a matter of seconds, thus limiting the number of victims.
In El Paso it turns out that a man, who happened to be black, rushed into the shooting
to rescue a number of children, at severe risk to his own life. On Tuesday, Aug., 6 Pat
Campbell on his morning talk show played the audio from a TV interview of the gentleman
by Mr. Cuomo. It was ridiculous the questions asked of him, and his intelligent answers.
He professed his actions were driven by a strong belief in GOD and the importance of life!!
At the baseball practice it was reported to be just by accident that there were two of the
House security officers present who took out the Democrat supporter shooter with pistols,
against his several rifles. A congressman from Louisiana (name slipping my mind) received
severe, possibly life threatening, shots in his hip. Happily he has recovered and I have
heard him on the radio recounting the experience.
As an aside, in further favor of an armed USA citizenry, reports came to me some
years after the August 1945 Japanese surrender that when our military went through their
papers, which must have taken quite some time, they found that the "warlords" running
the show had determined that there would be far too much loss of personnel and
equipment to invade the USA states (48 then) because the population, that is all of us, was
too heavily armed, and they might even fail. Note that was decided after for over 10
years their military had been successful in invading and capturing Korea, China (Rape of
Nanking) and after December 7, 1941 the Philippines, Pacific Islands, and one in the
Alaska peninsula and had visions on Australia and New Zeland (those two because of
the moving of their military by Great Britain to the war in Europe). As a result, they had
to depend on US forces for defense against expected Japanese invasion. During a trip
there in 2001 many of those met, of the older generations, and a few enlightened younger,
were still expressing gratitude to we US citizens in a group of 37 for their protection and
revere Gen. McArther as the commander who kept them free.
In afternoon of Aug. 15 a report came out that Israel had refused admission for
two female members of our Congress. Immediately the sympathetic to their leaning media
loudly began raving that P.M. Netinyahoo had 'become subservient to PRESDT-45" as he
had issued an instruction. Regardless of what the self bragging "fact check services" back
that up with, it appears that there was no communication between the two on the issue. In
fact it seems that the President was on his way to a rally in New Hampshire at the time.
Now it has been recorded that the two individuals have long been supporters of Muslim
organizations such as Taliban and Iran to the point of stating that Israel should cease to
exist.

Campbell on his morning talk show played the audio from a TV interview of the gentleman
by Mr. Cuomo. It was ridiculous the questions asked of him, and his intelligent answers.
He professed his actions were driven by a strong belief in GOD and the importance of life!!
At the baseball practice it was reported to be just by accident that there were two of the
House security officers present who took out the Democrat supporter shooter with pistols,
against his several rifles. A congressman from Louisiana (name slipping my mind) received
severe, possibly life threatening, shots in his hip. Happily he has recovered and I have
heard him on the radio recounting the experience.
As an aside, in further favor of an armed USA citizenry, reports came to me some
years after the August 1945 Japanese surrender that when our military went through their
papers, which must have taken quite some time, they found that the "warlords" running
the show had determined that there would be far too much loss of personnel and
equipment to invade the USA states (48 then) because the population, that is all of us, was
too heavily armed, and they might even fail. Note that was decided after for over 10
years their military had been successful in invading and capturing Korea, China (Rape of
Nanking) and after December 7, 1941 the Philippines, Pacific Islands, and one in the
Alaska peninsula and had visions on Australia and New Zeland (those two because of
the moving of their military by Great Britain to the war in Europe). As a result, they had
to depend on US forces for defense against expected Japanese invasion. During a trip
there in 2001 many of those met, of the older generations, and a few enlightened younger,
were still expressing gratitude to we US citizens in a group of 37 for their protection and
revere Gen. McArther as the commander who kept them free.
In afternoon of Aug. 15 a report came out that Israel had refused admission for
two female members of our Congress. Immediately the sympathetic to their leaning media
loudly began raving that P.M. Netinyahoo had 'become subservient to PRESDT-45" as he
had issued an instruction. Regardless of what the self bragging "fact check services" back
that up with, it appears that there was no communication between the two on the issue. In
fact it seems that the President was on his way to a rally in New Hampshire at the time.
Now it has been recorded that the two individuals have long been supporters of Muslim
organizations such as Taliban and Iran to the point of stating that Israel should cease to
exist.
Actually it has long been accepted that ANY nation-state has the right to accept or
reject ANY person or persons for whatever reasons it might have. Would that the USA
would return to that principle for our own borders!!. Hopefully the current administration
will maintain the course and step up the effort to protect our own borders and individual
safety and security. It seems to me that the nation of Israel has that right as well and
should enforce it for it's own protection from those who vehemently hate it and seek it's
demise. The same could be said for us, since there are plenty already here who are

That is an average because some States have much higher rates than others. For
example, California had 1,169 and Alabama had 1.
Now, who has the strictest gun laws by far? California, of course, but understand,
it is not guns causing this. It is a crime rate spawned by the number of criminal persons
residing in those cities and states. So, if all cities and states are not created equal, then
there must be something other than the tool causing the gun deaths.
Are 5,100 deaths per year horrific? How about in comparison to other deaths?
All death is sad and especially so when it is in the commission of a crime but that is the
nature of crime. Robbery, death, rape, assaults are all done by criminals. It is ludicrous
to think that criminals will obey laws. That is why they are called criminals.
But what about other deaths each year?
40,000+ die from a drug overdose–THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR THAT!
36,000 people die per year from the flu, far exceeding the criminal gun deaths.
34,000 people die per year in traffic fatalities(exceeding gun deaths even if you include
suicide).
Now it gets good:
200,000+ people die each year (and growing) from preventable medical errors You
are safer walking in the worst areas of Chicago than you are when you are in a hospital!
710,000 people die per year from heart disease. It's time to stop the double cheese-
burgers! So, what is the point? If the liberal loons and the anti-gun movement focused
their attention on heart disease, even a 10% decrease in cardiac deaths would save twice
the number of lives annually of all gun-related deaths (including suicide, law enforcement,
etc.).
A 10% reduction in medical errors would be 66% of the total number of gun deaths
or 4 times the number of criminal homicides ................ Simple, easily preventable 10%
reductions! So, you have to ask yourself, in the grand scheme of things, why the focus
on guns?

Taking away guns gives control to governments. The founders of this nation knew

EVIL STILL PERVADES Week of 2019/08/12
Over the weekend of August 3 our Nation was once more subjected to not one,
but two multiple shooting sprees in gathered crowds. Of course the usual uproar of
those in the C/F/S believing mob are expected to mount another loud demand for 'gun
confiscation' or some form of action to gain the same result. It is my firm opinion that
those shouting the loudest are fully aware that the often used answer is still true: "When
guns are outlawed only outlaws will have guns". After all those who knowingly violate
any laws will not hesitate to violate any and all anti-gun laws, and have demonstrated
that multiple times. An example of that is the often repeated situation where so-called
and self-proclaimed "Gun free zones" are the very places where the evil minded
individuals go to carry out their life terminating actions.
Frankly it has become my policy, sadly not always possible, to avoid ANY
establishment where there is posted a sign announcing 'no guns allowed' or 'this is a
gun-free establishment'. Even many churches, where the management has developed
some common sense, are hiring armed security during worship services and some have
adopted non-published policies that allow 'qualified' members to carry weapons.
Here the term 'qualified' can include veterans, retired police, concealed carry holders,
and others that may have exhibited high abilities in the use and safety of fire arms.
Actually it is thought that most of the evil individuals bent on terrorist shooting up of
unarmed crowds are rather cowardly and will avoid any place where they might face
force.
A good example of that was brought home to me a few years ago when a
missionary from South Africa (the Nation of) was speaking at a meeting and told the
story of him being at a church service, sitting near the back, when two or three men
came in a side door onto the platform and began shooting up the sanctuary with fully
automatic rifles. The speaker here stated that he had his pistol with him and crawled to
an isle where he managed to get off a couple of shots, luckily hitting one of the shooters
and they immediately retreated out the way they came in. He went out the front door
and to the corner where he managed to get another shot one or two more times and
managed to get a description of the vehicle which he found to be owned by a known
terrorist group. A few years later he happened to meet the head of the group and
asked him why his assassins picked on churches and the answer was (paraphrased)
'because there are no guns there". That was the situation earlier in Las Vegas, in
Washington at the Republican team baseball practice, in all the school shoot-ups and
the church in Texas.
To the credit of the government and Chief of Police in the recent Ohio shooting
almost, if not all, law enforcement in the area had been activated and they had the
perpetrator put out of action in a matter of seconds, thus limiting the number of victims.
In El Paso it turns out that a man, who happened to be black, rushed into the shooting
to rescue a number of children, at severe risk to his own life. On Tuesday, Aug. 6 Pat
Campbell on his morning talk show played the audio from a TV interview of the
gentleman by Mr. Cuomo. It was ridiculous the questions asked of him, and his
intelligent answers. He professed his actions were driven by a strong belief in GOD and
the importance of life!! At the baseball practice it was reported to be just by accident
that there were two of the House security officers present who took out the Democrat
supporter shooter with pistols, against his several rifles. A congressman from Louisiana
(name slipping my mind) received severe, possibly life threatening, shots in his hip.
Happily he has recovered and I have heard him on the radio recounting the experience.
As an aside, in further favor of an armed USA citizenry, reports came to me
some years after the August 1945 Japanese surrender that when our military went
through their papers, which must have taken quite some time, they found that the
"warlords" running the show had determined that there would be far too much loss of
personnel and equipment to invade the USA states (48 then) because the population,
that is all of us, was too heavily armed, and they might even fail. Note that was
decided after for over 10 years their military had been successful in invading and
capturing Korea, China (Rape of Nanking) and after December 7, 1941 the Philippines,
Pacific Islands, and one in the Alaska peninsula and had visions on Australia and New
Zeland (those two because of the moving of their military by Great Britain to the war
in Europe).

Actually it is thought that most of the evil individuals bent on terrorist shooting up of
unarmed crowds are rather cowardly and will avoid any place where they might face
force.
A good example of that was brought home to me a few years ago when a
missionary from South Africa (the Nation of) was speaking at a meeting and told the
story of him being at a church service, sitting near the back, when two or three men
came in a side door onto the platform and began shooting up the sanctuary with fully
automatic rifles. The speaker here stated that he had his pistol with him and crawled to
an isle where he managed to get off a couple of shots, luckily hitting one of the shooters
and they immediately retreated out the way they came in. He went out the front door
and to the corner where he managed to get another shot one or two more times and
managed to get a description of the vehicle which he found to be owned by a known
terrorist group. A few years later he happened to meet the head of the group and
asked him why his assassins picked on churches and the answer was (paraphrased)
'because there are no guns there". That was the situation earlier in Las Vegas, in
Washington at the Republican team baseball practice, in all the school shoot-ups and
the church in Texas.
To the credit of the government and Chief of Police in the recent Ohio shooting
almost, if not all, law enforcement in the area had been activated and they had the
perpetrator put out of action in a matter of seconds, thus limiting the number of victims.
In El Paso it turns out that a man, who happened to be black, rushed into the shooting
to rescue a number of children, at severe risk to his own life. On Tuesday, Aug. 6 Pat
Campbell on his morning talk show played the audio from a TV interview of the
gentleman by Mr. Cuomo. It was ridiculous the questions asked of him, and his
intelligent answers. He professed his actions were driven by a strong belief in GOD and
the importance of life!! At the baseball practice it was reported to be just by accident
that there were two of the House security officers present who took out the Democrat
supporter shooter with pistols, against his several rifles. A congressman from Louisiana
(name slipping my mind) received severe, possibly life threatening, shots in his hip.
Happily he has recovered and I have heard him on the radio recounting the experience.
As an aside, in further favor of an armed USA citizenry, reports came to me
some years after the August 1945 Japanese surrender that when our military went
through their papers, which must have taken quite some time, they found that the
"warlords" running the show had determined that there would be far too much loss of
personnel and equipment to invade the USA states (48 then) because the population,
that is all of us, was too heavily armed, and they might even fail. Note that was
decided after for over 10 years their military had been successful in invading and
capturing Korea, China (Rape of Nanking) and after December 7, 1941 the Philippines,
Pacific Islands, and one in the Alaska peninsula and had visions on Australia and New
Zeland (those two because of the moving of their military by Great Britain to the war
in Europe).

Three weeks after college, I flew to Senegal, West Africa, to run a community center in
a rural town. Life was placid, with no danger, except to your health. That danger was
considerable, because it was, in the words of the Peace Corps doctor, "a fecalized environment"
In plain English: s--- is everywhere. People defecate on the open ground, and the
feces is blown with the dust onto you, your clothes, your food, the water. He warned us the
first day of training: do not even touch water. Human feces carries parasites that bore
through your skin and cause organ failure.
Never in my wildest dreams would I have imagined that a few decades later, liberals
would be pushing the lie that Western civilization is no better than a third-world country. Or
would teach two generations of our kids that loving your own culture and wanting to preserve
it are racism.
Last time I was in Paris, I saw a beautiful African woman in a grand boubou have her
child defecate on the sidewalk next to Notre Dame Cathedral. The French police officer, ten
steps from her, turned his head not to see. I have seen. I am not turning my head and
pretending unpleasant things are not true.
Senegal was not a hellhole. Very poor people can lead happy, meaningful lives in their
own cultures' terms. But they are not our terms. The excrement is the least of it. Our basic
ideas of human relations, right and wrong, are incompatible. As a twenty-one-year-old starting
out in the Peace Corps, I loved Senegal. In fact, I was euphoric. I quickly made friends and
had an adopted family. I relished the feeling of the brotherhood of man. People were open,
willing to share their lives and, after they knew you, their innermost thoughts. The longer I
lived there, the more I understood: it became blindingly obvious that the Senegalese are not
the same as us. The truths we hold to be self-evident are not evident to the Senegalese. How
could they be? Their reality is totally different. You can't understand anything in Senegal
using American terms.
Take something as basic as family. Family was a few hundred people, extending out to
second and third cousins. All the men in one generation were called "father." Senegalese are
Muslim, with up to four wives. Girls had their clitorises cut off at puberty. (I witnessed
this, at what I thought was going to be a nice coming-of-age ceremony, like a bat mitzvah or
confirmation.) Sex, I was told, did not include kissing. Love and friendship in marriage were
Western ideas. Fidelity was not a thing. Married women would have sex for a few cents to have
cash for the market.What I did witness every day was that women were worked half to death.
Wives raised the food and fed their own children, did the heavy labor of walking miles to
gather wood for the fire, drew water from the well or public faucet, pounded grain with heavy
hand-held pestles, lived in their own huts, and had conjugal visits from their husbands on a
rotating basis with their co-wives. Their husbands lazed in the shade of the trees. Yemily
was crucial to people there in a way Americans cannot comprehend.
The Ten Commandments were not disobeyed as they were unknown. The value system
was the exact opposite. You were supposed to steal everything you can to give to your own
relatives. There are some Westernized Africans who try to rebel against the system. They
fail. We hear a lot about the kleptocratic elites of Africa. The kleptocracy extends through
the whole society. My town had a medical clinic donated by international agencies. The
medicine was stolen by the medical workers and sold to the local store. If you were sick and
didn't have money, drop dead. That was normal.
So here in the States, when we discovered that my 98-year-old father's Muslim health
aide from Nigeria had stolen his clothes and wasn't bathing him, I wasn't surprised. It was
familiar.
In Senegal, corruption ruled, from top to bottom. Go to the post office, and the clerk
would name an outrageous price for a stamp. After paying the bribe, you still didn't know it
if it would be mailed or thrown out. That was normal. One of my most vivid memories was
from the clinic. One day, as the wait grew hotter in the 110-degree heat, an old woman two
feet from the medical aides who were chatting in the shade of a mango tree instead of working
collapsed to the ground. They turned their heads so as not to see her and kept talking. She
lay there in the dirt. Callousness to the sick was normal.
Americans think it is a universal human instinct to do unto others as you would have
them do unto you. It's not. It seems natural to us because we live in a Bible-based Judeo-
Christian culture We think the Protestant work ethic is universal. It's not. My town was
full of young men doing nothing. They were waiting for a government job. There was no
private enterprise. Private business was not illegal, just impossible, given the nightmare of
a third-world bureaucratic kleptocracy. It is also incompatible with Senegalese insistence
on taking care of relatives.
All the little stores in Senegal were owned by Mauritanians. If a Senegalese wanted to
run a little store, he'd go to another country. The reason? Your friends and relatives would
ask you for stuff for free, and you would have to say yes. End of your business. You are not
allowed to be a selfish individual and say no to relatives. The result: Everyone has nothing.
The more I worked there and visited government officials doing absolutely nothing, the more
I realized that no one in Senegal had the idea that a job means work A job is something given
to you by a relative. It provides the place where you steal everything to give back to your
family.
I couldn't wait to get home. So why would I want to bring Africa here? Non-Westerners
do not magically become American by arriving on our shores with a visa. For the rest of my
life, I enjoyed the greatest gift of the Peace Corps: I love and treasure America more than
ever. I take seriously my responsibility to defend our culture and our country and pass on the
American heritage to the next generation.
African problems are made worse by our aid efforts Senegal is full of smart, capable
people. They will eventually solve their own country's problems. They will do it on their
terms, not ours. The solution is not to bring Africans here.
We are lectured by Democrats that we must privilege third-world immigration by the
hundred million with chain migration. They tell us we must end America as a white , Western,
Judeo-Christian, capitalist nation to prove we are not racist. I don't need to prove a thing.
Leftists want open borders because they resent whites, resent Western achievements, and hate
America. They want to destroy America as we know it.
As President Trump asked, why would we do that? We have the right to choose what
kind of country to live in. I was happy to donate a year of my life as a young woman to help
the poor Senegalese I am not willing to donate my country.
If ever there were a email that needed to be sent around the globe, this is it. What a
story this woman tells of what is actually happening in places we send our hard earned tax
dollars.
