South Carolina Congressman Trey Gowdy recently responded to a CNN
reporter's question about the ban of transgenders from joining the U.S. armed forces.
As Trey typically does so very well, he nailed it rather succinctly:
Question: "How can President Trump claim to represent all U.S citizens,
regardless of sexual orientation, when he banned transgenders from joining the military?
Isn't that discrimination?"
Trey Gowdy's Response: "Nobody has a 'right' to serve in the Military. Nobody.
What makes people think the Military is an equal opportunity employer? It is very far
from it -- and for good reasons -- let me cite a few: Our Military regularly and
consistently uses prejudice to deny citizens from joining for being too old or too young,
too fat or too skinny, too tall or too short. Citizens are denied for having flat feet, or for
missing or additional fingers."
Clearly annoyed by the reporter's attempt to trap him with the question, he went on
to explain: "By the way, poor eyesight will disqualify you, as well as bad teeth.
Malnourished? Drug addiction? Bad back? Criminal history? Low IQ? Anxiety? Phobias?
Hearing damage? Six arms? Hear voices in your head? Self-identification as a Unicorn?
Need a special access ramp for your wheelchair? Can't run the required course in the
required time? Can't do the required number of push-ups? Not really a 'morning
person' and refuse to get out of bed before noon? All of these can be legitimate reasons
for denial."
"The Military has one job: Winning War. Anything else is a distraction and a
liability. Did someone just scream 'That isn't Fair'? War is VERY unfair, there are no
exceptions made for being special or challenged or socially wonderful. YOU must
change yourself to meet Military standards -- not the other way around. "I say again:
You don't change the Military. You must change yourself. The Military doesn't need
to accommodate anyone with special issues. The Military needs to Win Wars -- and
keep our Country safe -- PERIOD! If any of your personal issues are a liability that
detract from readiness or lethality, it is "Thank you for applying and good luck in future
endeavors." "...any other questions?"
That pretty much covers it. Fact is that less than 20% of military "age" people in
our country can qualify to join the military, due to some or all of the reasons described
here.
Question: How long does it take for the average person to become a soldier or
sailor in the US Armed Forces?
Answer: The average person will never become a soldier or sailor in the US Armed
Forces!!!!!

    I know we tolerated each other for many years for the sake of future generations, but sadly, this relationship has clearly run its course. Our two ideological sides of America cannot and will not ever agree on what is right for us all, so let's just end it on friendly terms. We can smile and chalk it up to irreconcilable differences and go our own way.  Here is our separation agreement:

 

    --Our two groups can equitably divide up the country by landmass each taking a similar portion. That will be the difficult part, but I am sure our two sides can come to a friendly agreement. After that, it should be relatively easy! Our respective representatives can effortlessly divide other assets since both sides have such distinct and disparate tastes.

     --You are welcome to the liberal judges and the ACLU.

     --Since you hate guns and war, we'll take our firearms, the cops, the NRA, and the military.

     --We'll take the nasty, smelly oil industry and the coal mines, and you can go with wind, solar and bio-diesel.
     --You can keep Oprah, Michael Moore, and Rosie O'Donnell. You are, however, responsible for finding a bio-diesel vehicle big enough to move all three of them.
     --We'll keep capitalism, greedy corporations, pharmaceutical companies, Wal-Mart, and Wall Street.

     --You can have your beloved lifelong welfare dwellers, food stamps, hippies, druggies, and illegal aliens.
     --We'll keep the hot Alaskan hockey moms, greedy CEOs, and rednecks.

elite. They want a one world government.
But if you look throughout history as socialism it doesn't work. Let me give
you an example. Say your in class and the teachers tells everyone you have a test
tomorrow. Say the right side of the class goes home and studies. They come in and
make perfect scores... 100%. But the left side of the room didn't study.. didnt
prepare and all those on the left side of the room made terrible scores failing grades
because they didnt put in the work or even try. Now the teacher comes in and tells
both side their scores. The right side is happy. but the left side is complaining. So
the teacher tells the left side of the classroom ok.. you've cried long enough.. I'll
take points away from the right side and even out the scores for the entire class.
Now the right side gets in an uproar and starts to complain and say... we studied and
did all the work. It's not our fault they didn't study or put in the work.. We're not
giving up our grade.. we worked to hard for it. Now apply that concept to our
government our elite.
Should they be punished for working hard all their life to become successful..
yet there are people who aren't willing to try or work and yet they want and expect
the Rich to pay for it. I'm sorry but I can't agree with this way of thinking. I do
respect all people and I do know people are trying to come here for a better way of
life.
However, there are other issues these people are creating and not following.
One they are bring criminals, sickness, disease, human trafficking. They aren't
following American laws and coming here legally. They are bring there own laws
customs and religion. They are not showing respect to the American flag or people.
They are creating more problems for all Americans. It's a huge problem that needs to
be addressed by all the government leaders. United we Stand... Divided we Fall.

in 2018 to take effect on July 1, 2019 about the vehicle registration changes. In my
opinion the change in license ownership from machine to person is a good one, and
long overdue. Also needed was the requirement that registration must be carried
at all times. Both were what I had become used to in 34 years driving in Colorado.
However after my return from being a "displaced Okie" it was my coontinued
practice to make a copy of the registration(s) to keep in the car. However, one time,
particulars lost in my memory bank, I was informed by an officer that the registration
should not be carried with the insurance card. This seemed odd and undesirable, so
the copy continued to travel with me, especially since other states did require it to be
present.
There is one problem with the requirement, however. Originally, from 1986 on
the registration was printed out on a one-half page sheet, which fit in the 'glove box'
fairly nice. It seems that in some bureacratic mental break-down the decision was
made to print it out on a fiull 8.5 x 11 inch page. This left mostly blank paper and
was inconvenient, to say the least, to keep in the box and rather wasteful of paper
and effort. The old size could be folded in a fairly neat way to about match the size
of the insurance certificate. Hopefully, if enough of us raise a fuss, Governor Stitt can
decide to issue an executive order to rectify this miscue, without having to wait until
the 2020 Session for Legislative action.

It seems that the Oklahoma Legislature, during the 2018 session, enacted a new
law regarding the license plates required on all motor vehicles, and possibly some trailers.
The story announced that the effective date is July 1. That seems strange to me since
most laws take effect on November 1 of the year passed. There has not, until June 17
in the daily paper, been much, if any, publicity about this so it seems desirable that more
information be forthcoming.
For those unfamiliar with the licensing law in Oklahoma, the plates were issued to
the vehicle and would go with it when sold. If the vehicle were scrapped then the plate
expired and was to be taken out of service. Now, as in many other states, the plate is
issued to the owner and can be transferred to a different unit. As in many law changes,
there are some requirements that could put those uninformed in difficulty with the law.
At the end of the World story, on the carry forward to Page A4, a sub-headline states:
"Registration must be kept in car. The implication would be 'or truck, trailer,
motorcycle, or other licensed unit'. In the past warning had been given to me to NOT
keep the registration in the car, for reasoning not at all clear to me. That being the case
it will be my practice to photocopy the registration and keep the copy in a file at home,
in case the unit, or registration, should be stolen. It has been my practice to keep a
duplicate of the registration in the car 'just in case'. Having it there is good proof that
the car is really mine along with driver license, in case of being stopped for any reason.
Not too long ago there was a radio show caller stating that he was stopped, late at night,
in a new Mercedes simply because the officer thought it might be stolen because the
driver was black. He stated that he was a university professor and had just purchased
the car, and since he had proof of identity, was not detained. One never knows what
might happen.
The story says that "officials say the switch will force owners to register ownership
changes more timely and simplify the tracking of vehicles". Actually, my opinion is that it
will make things somewhat simpler for the owners, since upon trading for a different unit,
the plate is to be removed and placed on the new one as soon as the title is transferred
and the registration change is accomplished. It further states that "former owners often
find themselves dunned for cars they sold months or even years previously because the
new owners never updated the registration". That would indicate that the new owners
wished to avoid the cost and the possible future liability for their own actions. And
perhaps the new owners in some cases were in the USA illegally or a felon on the run.
It is reported also that the new law allows for, as now, a new car purchase from a
dealer will have the paper tag good for 30 days and the registration and title change must
be done in that time. The paper tag can be replaced with the old one when accomplished,
or if desired a new tag can be purchased. There is a cost savings there in using the old tag.
If bought not from a dealer the car can be driven without a tag for five days with a copy of
the bill of sale or title carried in the vehicle.
Personally it seems about time for this change. It was my experience, living in
Colorado for 34 years, to have a license plate stolen off a car. There each car has two
plates, front and back and only the back one was taken, probably since it had the year
sticker on it. The theft was reported to Denver Police within three days. A week or so
later a call was received from the car pound that 'my car was there'. Well the license was

So many members of Congress are retiring in hopes of "locking-in" their future retirement payments. Currently their monthly retirement checks  are  equal to their monthly salaries. The Trump Rule's Congressional Reform Act Of 2018:

 

1– No Tenure / No Pension.  A Congressman / Woman, collects a salary while in office and receives no pay when they're out of office.  No more perks go with them.  

 

2– Congressman / Woman ( past, present & future ) participate in social security.  All funds in the Congressional Retirement Fund move to the Social Security System immediately. All future funds flow into the Social Security System, and Congress participates with the American People.  It may not be used for any other purposes.

 

3– Congress must purchase their own retirement plan, just as all Americans do.

 

4– Congress will no longer vote themselves pay increases.     
Congressional pay will rise by the lower of CPI or 3%  

 

5– Congress loses their current Healthcare System and participates in the same Healthcare System as the American people.  

 

6– Congress must equally abide by all the laws, they impose on the American people.

 

7– All contracts with past and present Congressman / Woman are void. The American people did not make these contracts with Congressmen / Women.

 

 

The Congress made all these contracts for themselves.  Serving 
in Congress is an honor, not a career.  The Founding Fathers envisioned citizen legislators should serve their terms, then go home and go back to work, and not get all kinds of freebies!

 

  No wonder they're fighting everything Trump does!

World history reports that no democracy has ever lasted more than 200 years.
Only a few empires have exceeded that time limit. Unfortunately we in the USA have
important and high ranking politicians erroneously using the word 'democracy' as the
type of government established with the ratification of the proposed Constitution in 1788,
some years after the Declaration of Independence was issued publicly on July 4, 1776.
The Declaration was signed by 56 Colony, now called States, delegates who each
pledged "with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge
to each other our lives, our Fortunes and or sacred Honor". Thus the new Nation
became truly "One Nation Under GOD" as was added to the Pledge of Allegiance in
the last century.
Under Article IV of the Constitution, Section 4 states: "The United States shall
guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall
protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the
Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened), against domestic Violence".
That is pretty clear, as is most if not all of the wording of both documents. How much
and many times has that been violated by Administrations during the last century and
the beginning of this one?
Now we are having a daily scream, by both political and media individuals,
demanding changes from the form of government established and our original societal
norms that would negate all the rights and freedoms specifically guaranteed in the
Constitution. Some of these doing so are NOT native born citizens who have obtained
public political office and are seeking to destroy the form of government established.
By definition, it seems to me, that amounts to treason, or at the very least, revolution,
which to me is treason also. And no action seems to be taken to put a stop to it. Top
officials, in State, County, and City seek to ignore the existing 'laws of the land'.
In very recent years the 'true-blue (and Red and White) loyal folks seem to have
awakened to how far we have declined from the founding and are becoming more active,
especially politically in voting. If we are to continue to enjoy the GOD given and
Constitutionally guaranteed rights and privileges it will take each and every one of us to
rise further up and exercise those in the next two or three years. Those of the C/F/S
World movement are patient but now seem to be sensing a nearness of victory in
converting the original bastion of freedom and security into a mediaeval ruling dictatorship
which would bring a true "end of the World as we know it". If that happens, then where
would these invading hoards go? Millions would starve or be murdered by out of control
government 'enforcers'. Rremember the "Fast and Furious" gun running program of the
past administration which instructed gun shops near the Southern border of sell, without
the usually required security check, high powered guns to individuals who would smuggle
them to the Mexican drug cartels for use on the border, resulting in a number of border
agents being killed, in line of duty.
It seems to me that founder Patrick Henry had it right when he rose in the Virginia
assembly and in a passionate speech ended by saying "I know not what others will do,
but as for me and my family Give Me Liberty or Give Me Death". Far too many of the
invaders falsely claiming to be victims have entered our borders in order to form what we
called in World War II "Fifth Columns". These were groups of, mostly recent arrivals of,
in the beginning, German origin who worked under cover to support the Nazi war effort
and thwart ours.
Thus the efforts of PRESDT-45 to 'drain the swamp' are well needed and should
be supported by every law abiding, freedom loving American. Elected officials
choosing to thwart those efforts should be peacefully removed from office.
That accomplished either by vote or by criminal charges in court. Non-supporting
employed officials attempting to side-track the efforts should be charged and
discharged from their well paying positions.
It is time to re-activate the cry of WW II: "USA, love it or leave it!!" Too many
loud mouths don't!!

With the 2020 election season well under way it seems that the situations of
candidates for the two major parties are quite reversed from 2018. At last report there
were 24 candidates for the Democrat Party nomination (the correct name) and no one
so far with an 'R' registration with the temerity to challenge our incumbent PRESDT-45.
The situation in the Republican (also correct name) Party is rather understandable given
the strength of 'The Donald' in combating the continual, vicious, and untrue accusations
thrown at him since even before his election. Frankly it would surprise me to see anyone
else who would be willing to put up with the barrage of lies and illegal actions taken
against him, even as President.
It is even more surprising to see and hear the total lying, and repeated made up
'news' throughout the national media, in voice tones that would do a shyster prosecutor
proud to use against an unwilling witness in court on cross examination being used by
supposedly honest and reliable "reporters and anchors" daily. There was a time in my
memory when the radio and, later, TV anchors would practice decency and restraint in
their stating of the 'news'. They were for the most part believed, trusted, and relied
upon by the receiving public. But no more. It seems that the media, for the majority
part, now are nothing more than 'news(?) generators of propaganda designed to
confuse and mislead the listeners.
And then there are the pontifications coming forth from the 'news maker'
politicians, many of whom seem to me to have learned nothing in the fancy colleges and
universities in which they brag of having finished courses of study. And the examples
would probably fill several books. Of course, space does not allow a full coverage for
me, and to do so would cause me to die laughing at the stupidity of some, or from being
totally nauseated with disgust.
Coming to mind first is a statement, furnished me from a reliable source, by
Congresswoman "AOC", Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, about Daylight Savings Time: "If
we change our times with the sole interest of increasing the amount of daylight we
receive, that's an extra hour of sunshine that will warm the planet. That's one extra
hour per day of extra heat warming our already unstable planet. We need to repeal
Daylight Savings Time as a primary measure to decrease the rate of climate change.
Less hours of sun shine equal less heat hitting the Earth's surface. We're running out of
time!" It would be well to remind this young woman (my observation is that she does
NOT conduct herself as a lady, particularly when in front of cameras) that DST does
nothing to increase the total hours of daylight, only to delay the clock time of sunrise
and sunset. At least she has it correct that most of the heat on Earth comes from the Sun!!
She needs instruction on the background of DST. In my youth, up until shortly
after December 7, 1941, Oklahoma, along with several other states, did NOT observe
DST each year. It seemed that only the northern states, Illinois, Michigan, etc. actually
implemented it each year. After that date the Administration of FDR, D-NY mandated
nation-wide year-round DST 'for the duration' on the excuse that "it will allow more
needed military materials to be manufactured". After the end of the war it was returned
to a partial year observance and several states, such as Arizona do not observe it. Ms.
Cortez, the amount of sunshine depends on the season of the year!! Thus at the Spring
and Fall Equinoxes the amount of light and dark are the same. A further explanation
would take too much space and maybe be over the head of her college degree
education. A recent talk show host reported her age to be less than 30, and my
understanding was that there had been a higher minimum age limit to be eligible for
Congress.
Another woman member of Congress is vehemently and, in my opinion, viciously
demanding that PRESDT-45 be impeached immediately. This without ANY claim for
the required law violations, of which there are none in the 'investigation' report by Mr.
Mueller. His multi-year and multi-million dollar search has been nothing more than a
stage show meant to arouse suspicion in the public minds that there was a problem.
Just remember that whatever those of the C/F/S persuasion are accusing their opposition
of doing is probably the exact thing they are, and have been, doing. Hopefully cooler
minds will prevail next year.
