Mike Gallagher, the 8th most recognized talk radio personality, in
the U.S.A., is heard by over 2.25 million listeners weekly. He
compiled and wrote the following essay entitled, "Obama: It was You."
* It was you who spoke these words at an Islamic dinner - "I am one of you."
* It was you who on ABC News referenced - "My Muslim faith."
* It was you who gave $100 million in U.S. taxpayer funds to re-build foreign mosques.
* It was you who wrote that in the event of a conflict- "I will stand with the Muslims."
* It was you who assured the Egyptian Foreign Minister that - "I am a Muslim."
* It was you who bowed in submission before the Saudi King.
* It was you who sat for 20 years in a Liberation Theology Church condemning America and
professing Marxism.
* It was you who exempted Muslims from penalties under Obamacare that the rest of us have to
pay.
* It was you who purposefully omitted - "endowed by our Creator " - from your recitation of The
Declaration Of
Independence.
* It was you who mocked the Bible and Jesus Christ's Sermon On The Mount while repeatedly
referring to the 'HOLY' Qur'an.
* It was you who traveled the Islamic world denigrating the United States Of America.
* It was you who instantly threw the support of your administration behind the building of the
Ground Zero Victory mosque overlooking the hallowed crater of the World Trade Center.
* It was you who refused to attend the National Prayer Breakfast, but hastened to host an
Islamic prayer breakfast at the White House
* It was you who ordered Georgetown Univ. and Notre Dame to shroud all vestiges of Jesus Christ
BEFORE you would agree to go there to speak, but in contrast, you have NEVER requested the
mosques you have visited to adjust their decor.
* It was you who appointed anti-Christian fanatics to your Czar Corps.
* It was you who appointed rabid Islamists to Homeland Security.
* It was you who said that NASA's "foremost mission" was an outreach to Muslim communities.
* It was you who as an Illinois Senator was the ONLY individual who would speak in favor of
infanticide.
* It was you who was the first President not to give a Christmas Greeting from the White House,
and went so far as to hang photos of Chairman Mao on the White House tree.
* It was you who curtailed the military tribunals of all Islamic terrorists.
* It was you who refused to condemn the Ft. Hood killer as an Islamic terrorist.
* It is you who has refused to speak-out concerning the horrific executions of women throughout
the Muslim culture, but yet, have submitted Arizona to the UN for investigation of hypothetical
human-rights abuses.
* It was you who when queried in India refused to acknowledge the true extent of radical global
Jihadists, and instead profusely praised Islam in a country that is 82% Hindu and the victim of
numerous Islamic terrorists assaults.
* It was you who funneled $900 Million in U.S. taxpayer dollars to Hamas.
* It was you who ordered the United States Postal Service to honor the MUSLIM holiday with a
new commemorative stamp.
* It was you who directed our UK Embassy to conduct outreach to help "empower" the British
Muslim community.
* It was you who funded mandatory Arabic language and culture studies in Grammar schools across
our country.
* It is you who follows the Muslim custom of not wearing any form of jewelry during Ramadan.
* It is you who departs for Hawaii over the Christmas season so as to avoid past criticism for
NOT participating in seasonal White House religious events.
* It was you who was uncharacteristically quick to join the chorus of the Muslim Brotherhood to
depose Egypt's Hosni Mubarak, formerly America's strongest ally in North Africa; but, remain
muted in your non-response to the Brotherhood led slaughter of Egyptian Christians.
* It was you who appointed your chief adviser, Valerie Jarrett, an Iranian, who is a member of
the Muslim Sisterhood, an off-shoot of the Muslim Brotherhood.
* It was you who said this country is not a Christian nation.

WHEN YOU GIVE A MUSLIM A COOKIE
If you give a Muslim a cookie, he'll complain that it isn't halal and
demand that you provide one that is. If you give a Muslim a Halal
cookie, he'll demand that you give him a job so he ! can buy his own
cookies. If you give a Muslim a job, he'll demand you give him time
out to pray.
If you give a Muslim time out to pray, he'll demand that you
respect his prophet. If you show respect for his prophet, a Muslim
will demand that you stop singing your National Anthem. If you
stop singing your National Anthem, a Muslim will demand that you
elect him to Congress.
If you elect a Muslim to Congress, he'll demand that we
change our Constitution, so we are no longer allowed to speak
freely or have guns or worship the god of our choice (or not any
god at all). If we change the Constitution to what a Muslim
demands, he will demand that Sharia Law be followed by
everyone in the land.
If Sharia is followed by everyone in the land, then Muslims
will be permitted by law to execute anyone who disagrees with
them or does not dress like them or does not worship Allah
Dear Congress .............you gave a Muslim a cookie.
So did you, England, France, Greece.
Already the newly elected congressional woman from
Minnesota is criticizing Vice President Pence for his Christian
values and beliefs. It's just starting.

THE CONSERVATIVE VIEW

BY RUSSELL TURNER

THE PLANET OF SOCIALAR

Every day when I get home I like to catch up on the news and see what the current trend is in our nation. As I look at the announced presidential candidates on the Democrat ticket, I have to wonder what planet these people came from; I also wonder why in the world the voters can't see through their rhetoric. Recently I read an article about Sen. Cory Booker (D.-N.J.) who is proposing a plan—the American Opportunity Accounts Act—that he calculates will provide $46,215 to every 18-year-old in the lowest income bracket by giving them annual subsidies in a federally managed savings account.

According to Senator Booker, his bill would  help level the wealth-building playing field and ensure that all children—especially those who come from low- and moderate-income families—have a fair shot to reach financial security and prosperity. In my humble opinion his bill is just an attempt to garner votes by promising something for nothing. Already there are countless programs to level the playing field. Have we forgotten food stamps, Medicaid, Affirmative Action, subsidized housing, etc.? Not to mention the so called free education system, in which Americans pay the highest price in the world per child when it comes to education spending.  The idea of giving someone a bunch of money to get them out of poverty is lunacy. I have seen people who happen to win a bunch of money at the local casino and very few of them have the discipline to manage the money and use it wisely. Most of the time they will quit their job and go on a spending spree; usually within 6 months they are dead broke and in debt.

Like most people I was not born with a silver spoon in my mouth and, while I am far from rich, I do have the ability to pay my bills for the necessities of life. I was taught from a very early age that the world does not owe you anything, and if you want to better yourself you must have the desire to do it yourself and not rely upon anyone or the government to do it for you. The main thing is having the willingness to get your lazy butt out of bed in the morning, be to work on time, and be willing to give your employer a day's work for a day's pay.

Too many of our citizens have bought into the idea of entitlement; politicians like Cory Booker are destroying our nation bit by bit every time they pass these kinds of bills. He and his kind think that all they have to do is to pass more taxes on the rich and redistribute it and all of our ills will be cured. What they fail to understand is in today's world money is fluid. The rich can take their money to many places on the globe where it can be invested without the heavy hand of government continually reaching for more.

Earlier in this column I stated that I wondered what planet these jokers come from. Maybe it is the planet of Socialar and they have an outpost in South America in the nation of Venezuela. You know that is the place with abundant natural resources, but the citizens are starving and so poor they can't even buy toilet paper. In my opinion socialism by Booker is something we do not need in America.

THE CONSERVATIVE VIEW

CHILD LOGIC AND COFFEE

For many years I have written this weekly column. It is strange that a simple word or sentence can inspire me to write a column. A few days ago my wife read a message on Facebook that was humorous, but when I looked at it there was a lot of common sense about what is ailing our nation today.

A few days ago a relative of mine took two of her children to the mall. Her daughter asked her older brother if he would like to have a coffee at Starbucks. Her brother responded saying sis, their coffee is so overrated and too high!  Needless to say, that ended any prospect of the older brother buying his sister a Starbucks cup of coffee. After the mother completed her errands and they were about to leave the store, she turned to the kids and asked if they would like to have a Starbucks coffee and she said that she would buy. Immediately both of her children said yes. The mother turned to her son and he responded that the coffee was too expensive for him to buy, but not for her.

The story I just told was amusing, but one thing about this story - it was the reaction of children concerning the high price of coffee. Today we have a host of presidential candidates that are doing their best to cultivate that same kind of mentality in adults who should know better. When I was growing up, I was taught to save my money and use it to buy the things that I needed. I can remember going to Wal-Mart with a few dollars in my pocket and looking at the items in the sporting goods department; while those things may have given me pleasure for a time, I reminded myself of the hard work it took to acquire those few dollars. Most of the time I decided that I would save the money for the things I needed instead of the things I wanted. Today we see the likes of Corey Booker and Elizabeth Warren promising to take more of people's money to give to someone else. Whenever you make a habit of doling out money to someone without them working for it they never learn the value of money. A free college education is one of the many things that Booker and Warren are promising for free. When I was attending higher education I did not rely upon money confiscated from someone else for me to attend; my parents helped me and I used the money I saved from working various jobs. I was investing in myself and it gave me the incentive to make the effort to succeed. With all of the free stuff that these charlatans are offering there would be no incentive for our citizens to do anything. Like the young man I mentioned earlier, too many people in our country would acquire a taste for expensive coffee if someone else is paying for it.
