LARGEST TAX CUTS/REVISIONS Week of 2018/04/02
In late December, to activate before year end, PRESDT-45 signed into law
earlier passed legislation that established what has been labeled as the 'biggest tax
reduction in the history of the USA'. This was quite an accomplishment and
fulfillment of a campaign pledge. It was opposed by all in Congress with a 'D'
behind their names in voter registration and Democrat leaders railed that it was
"Armageddon",'a disaster', and in the face of the National Debt and deficits. Also
the lying media supporters pushed forth the story that it was a tax cut for 'the rich
and corporations' in attempts to turn the population, especially the uninformed,
totally against the Republican majority in Congress and the White House.
These accusations have continued except for occasional interruptions by
shootings directing their attention back to 'the disarmament of Americans' agenda
deemed essential for those of the C/S persuasion movement to turn us from a
"representative Republic" into a Communist or Socialist dictatorship where those
out of the government would be reduced to the condition of slavery. It should be
remembered that neither form can be established without a complete disarmament
of the population, or a population that has for at least three generations been
completely brainwashed by a complicit media propaganda machine.
Now it appears that PRESDT-45 has been vindicated in that the 2017
business growth has been the largest in history, exceeding even those in the 1980's
following the PRESRR-40 tax cuts. Those cuts were achieved in an agreement with
the Democrat controlled Congress that there would also be spending cuts.
Unfortunately the agreement was renounced by them and no spending cuts occurred,
which allowed the continued heavy growth of the 'establishment' bureaucracy. This
growth, especially during the 16 years of Democrat administrations, has resulted in the
present entrenched and job secured mob of C/S minded employees, especially in the
departments with regulatory and police authority over the population.
Enough of the history lesson. The tax cuts and rule reductions we are now
enjoying in the form of simplified forms and regulations on much of our activities are
certainly a good start. It is my understanding that the 'alternative minimum tax' has
been also removed. The tax on Social Security payments to retirees should also be
removed, if it has not, since the taxes collected before payments to it were already
made, thus making them double taxation on those least able to afford them.
It has been my understanding of the law making process is that it parallels the
business deal making program. You ask for everything you want, or more, and take
what you can get, then return later to attempt to finish the job. PRESDT-45 is, it
appears, following that course of action. There are a number of things that should
have been included, especially a termination of the prepaying of income taxes by
either payroll deductions or estimated tax quarterly payments. These were enacted
during World War II as a means to gain revenue 'as we go' to fund the war effort.
The law was presented as 'temporary' to end with the war. Like most so-called
'temporary' taxes it now seems embedded, but should be terminated.
Those who deliberately 'overpay' to gain a 'refund' at reporting time are
making an expensive mistake since the Government is gaining an interest free loan
until refund time. If kept until tax time the money could be used to save for
unexpected needs, paying the taxes when due, or just laid back in savings. Also, if
everyone had to pay the yearly taxes at one time, they would suddenly realize just
how heavily we are taxed and put more pressure on elected officials to reduce
government waste so that taxes could also come down and still operate without a
deficit!! In that wonderful situation, the massive national debt of over $20 Trillion
could gradually be reduced, thus reducing the INTEREST being paid out on that debt!!
Remembering the Biblical principle that it is immoral to collect taxes on the
payments for a persons's labor, the collection of taxes on income is therefor also
immoral, and was UNCONSTITUTIONAL until the ratification of Amendment XVI
on February 3, 1913. Education indicated to me that this was pushed during the
Wilson Administration by his Chief of Staff a Col. House. It also indicated that Pres.
Wilson was at the time incapacitated as a result of a stroke and that Col. House was
at least a Socialist. It we could repeal that amendment, it would be quite easy to enact
the 'FairTax' and permanently have no need for income taxes, or the onerous and
expensive record keeping and reporting caused by them!!
